The Osaki Pro Alpina has combined both the S & L track systems to deliver an incredibly consistent massage. Before initiating any preset program, the chair will conduct a body scan and map the key areas of the neck and back to ensure a consistent amount of pressure while applying the massage. The scanning technology will also detect the user’s shoulders height, which can be recalibrated once the scan is complete. If the user desires a higher or lower starting point, they will have 10 seconds after the scan is complete to adjust.
SL-Track Massage
The Osaki OS-Pro Alpina combines both S-Track and L-Track technologies for an incredibly consistent massage. The L-Track starts at the base of your head and travels all the way down your back, and the wraps underneath your glutes to the back of your thighs. The S-Track ensures that the massage roller will follow the natural curvature of your spine.
Auto Body Scan
Before initiating any automatic program, the Osaki OS-Pro Alpina massage chair will conduct a body scan and map the key areas of the neck and back to ensure a consistent amount of pressure while applying the massage. The scanning technology will also detect your shoulder height, which can be recalibrated once the scan is complete. If you desire a lower starting point, there is a 10 second pause to make an adjustment with the remote.
Ache Sensor
Sensors for your fingers rest in the armrest of the Osaki OS-Pro Alpina massage chair. This helps the massage chair to detect points where you have tension to focus your massage where you need it most.
Zero Gravity
Inspired by NASA technology, the Zero Gravity position is the perfect position for the ultimate massage. When you are placed in the Zero Gravity position, the weight of your back is virtually supported by the backrest which reduces compression along your spine. Your weight add to the intensity of the massage.
Foot Roller
The Osaki OS-Pro Alpina massage chair provides soothing reflexology massage to the soles of your feet, targeting the acupressure points to relieve tension throughout the body. The spinning rollers knead away foot pain and discomfort while the airbags increase circulation. This is a great feature for those that often have tired and sore feet and this is a great way to rejuvenate them.
Airbag Massage
The Osaki OS-Pro Alpina massage chair is equipped with a total of 22 airbags making it efficient and reliable. The airbags are made from the latest technology, allowing for the airbags to contour to the body an evenly distributing the pressure. Airbags are located at the Arms, Hips, Shoulder, Calf, and Feet.
Touch Screen Remote
The Osaki OS-Pro Alpina massage chair is integrated with a touch screen tablet remote that allows you to see all the functions along with the automatic programs. The images and buttons make the remote easy to use and operate.
Bluetooth Speaker
The Osaki OS-Pro Alpina massage chair is equipped with Bluetooth technology. The high quality speakers ensures good sound quality while the angle helps to block outside noise to properly enjoy your music and massage together. Relaxing blue chromotherapy light is located on each side of the headrest of the Osaki OS-Pro Alpina massage chair.
Heat Therapy
At the touch of the button, you can turn on the lower lumbar heat in a massage mode. 2 pads are conveniently located to help loosen up the lower lumbar area for a more thorough massage. Vibration is also equipped which will provide a soothing vibration through the seat area.

A new mattress is like a new pair of shoes—it takes time for the new materials and your body to adjust to each other. And with the wrong socks (bedding), you could end up hating the correct shoes for you. Typically, it takes about 35–40 days for a mattress to start performing at its best if you use the proper bedding. After this “break-in period,” if you feel a different mattress style might work better, you may exchange your mattress up to 365 days from the purchase date. Using our bedding products with our mattresses ensures that the bedding isn’t causing any issues and that it is, in fact, the mattress that’s the problem. This is why you need a protector & pillow from us to receive the Exchange Guarantee.
These policies constitute the “365 Night Sleep Great or Exchange Guarantee”
A $199 or 10% Exchange Fee (whichever is greater) applies to all reselections. This fee covers delivery for swapping the mattresses up to 20 miles from the store. The Mattress Clinic will allow a one-time re-selection ONLY after the 35-day adjustment or “break-in” period (Tempur-Latex 40-days). You have 365 days from the purchased date to exchange your mattress. You may select a mattress of equal or greater value of the same size. If you select a sleep surface of greater value, you will be responsible for the difference in price. If a reselection is of lesser value, no refund will be given. The original mattress purchase must include a mattress protector and pillow purchased before the mattress is received. The mattress surrendered must be stain free and odor free. We are unable to exchange stained, unsanitary, odor damaged (smoke/pets etc.), or damaged (ripped, burns, etc) mattresses under the Exchange Guarantee. Products must have been used only for their intended purpose. This includes using the product on an appropriate base, frame, or foundation.
Please take your time in your reselection choice; only ONE comfort exchange is allowed per customer. keep all receipts and original tags on your mattress. The Exchange Guarantee will be voided if you remove the original tag from the mattress or lose your proof of purchase.
Reselections are not allowed for issues regarding mattress size or height. Bedding accessories such as pillows, protectors, sheets, adjustable bases, bedding foundation or furniture, are not eligible for exchanges. Reselections are not valid on “special sizes” (California King, split Queen, Etc.), custom orders, clearance merchandise, floor models or warranty exchanges. Your mattress reselection will be sold at “normal” sale price. Any discounts/gifts given with your original purchase of mattress, sheet set(s), mattress protector(s), pillow, and/or non-purchased gift cards will be added to the exchange fee. This means if you receive a discount/gift with your mattress and/or qualifying items and want to exchange it for the same mattress but a different feel, you are to pay the difference of the discount(s)/gift given, the exchange fee, plus any price increases made since your purchase (if increased). Your re-selection must be the same size as your original mattress purchase, Example: Queen for Queen.

Subject to the following terms, we will match any advertised price of the same product. Within 180 days of purchase, bring the advertisement to a Mattress Clinic store, and we will credit your account or give you a refund check for the price difference. Our 180 Night Low Price Promise does not apply to clearance items, floor models, vendor rollbacks/rebates, special purchases, promotional items, doorbusters, discontinued merchandise. Merchandise offered for sale on auction sites (i.e., eBay, Craigslist, Facebook, etc.) or by Closeout/Overstock/Bulk dealers (e.g., Costco, Sams Club, Overstock.com, The Dump, Wayfair.com, Amazon.com) is excluded from the 180 Night Low Price Guarantee.
