Returns, Exchanges, & Warranty

All returns, exchanges, and warranty claims are governed by The Mattress Clinic’s written policies in effect at the time of purchase, including, but not limited to:

  • 90 Night Pillow Exchange
  • 180 Night Low Price Promise
  • Return Policy (Full)
  • Exchange Policies (Full)

These policies are available on our website and apply to all purchases. The Mattress Clinic reserves the right to deny any request that does not meet the applicable policy requirements.

Certain products may include a manufacturer warranty. Manufacturer warranties are administered according to the manufacturer’s terms and may require proof of purchase, photographs, and/or inspection documentation.

Normal wear, comfort preference changes, stains, and damage caused by misuse are not covered by warranty.
