We realize that the brief time you spend on a mattress in our showroom is different from a full night's sleep. Sometimes what we thought was the right mattress in the store ends up not being the best one for you at home. That is why we offer a 365 Night Sleep Great or Exchange Guarantee for our customers who bought a mattress protector. A new mattress is like a new pair of shoes - it takes time for the new materials to adjust to your sleeping behavior. Usually, it takes about 30-days for a mattress to start performing at its best. If after this 30-day initial adjustment period you feel a different mattress style might work better, you can exchange your mattress up to 365 days from purchase.
These policies constitute The Mattress Clinic Guarantee:
The Mattress Clinic will allow a one-time re-selection ONLY after the 30-day adjustment or “break-in” period. You have 365 days from the purchased date to exchange your mattress.
You may select a mattress of equal or greater value of the same size. If you select a sleep surface of greater value, you will be responsible for the difference in price. If a reselection is of lesser value, no refund will be made. The original mattress purchase must also include, AND BE USED, a mattress protector bought from us. The mattress surrendered must be stain free. We are unable to exchange or refund stained, unsanitary or damaged mattresses under the Sleep Great Guarantee.
Please take your time in your reselection choice; only ONE comfort exchange is allowed per customer. Please keep all receipts and original tags on your mattress. The Sleep Great Guarantee will be voided if you remove the original tag from the mattress.
Reselections are not allowed for issues regarding mattress size or height. Bedding accessories such as pillows, protectors, sheets, adjustable bases, bedding foundation or furniture, are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Reselections are not valid on “special sizes” (California King, split Queen, Etc.), custom orders, clearance merchandise, floor models or warranty exchanges.
All reselections are subject to a $199 restocking fee. Your reselection must be the same size as your original mattress purchase.
We carefully inspect each item of your order prior to shipment or delivery. The Mattress Clinic wants you to receive an excellent product just as you intended. We encourage you to inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage immediately upon receiving. Call us on the day of delivery at (405) 735-6688 for damages.
The return request for an opened mattress can be made no earlier than 101 days after your purchase date. The return request for an opened mattress must be made no later than 120 days after purchase.
You may cancel an order any time prior to it being processed. There is a 30% cancellation fee charged after processed but before product is received.
Refunds will be issued in the form of a check. If you purchased a product using an offer code/coupon, the dollar value of the offer code will not be refunded or credited back if any or all products are returned.
Accessory Items Purchased with Mattress (exp. Bedding/any Foundation): If you wish to return your mattress, you may either keep, return, donate, or dispose of the accessory items purchased with your mattress. There are no refunds for accessory item(s)/bedding/foundations. The value of all accessory items (value is at regular sale price) purchased with your mattress purchase will be deducted from the total value of the mattress return (unless already done so at purchase), regardless of the above option you choose to exercise. We will NOT accept returns of unopened accessory item(s)/bedding/foundations or special ordered items (anything not in stock at purchase). No refunds will be given for shipping fees, delivery, or White Glove Service.
If you wish to return any mattress purchase from us, please contact Customer Service by calling the store and initiate a return request. Once the mattress(s) have been returned and if such products fulfill the terms and conditions herein, you will be refunded the entire amount paid for such products less the value of any offer code or other discounts, any included promotional products, accessories, rewards program, shipping fees, delivery of product, and/or fees for White Glove Services.
Unopened boxed mattresses are not eligible for return and refund. (Mattresses are not supposed to be stored in the box for extended periods of time. Open your boxed mattresses immediately upon receiving).
To return your mattress, a mattress protector must have been bought and used. The mattress must be in a condition where we can donate them, with no stains or damage (in our sole discretion).
Products must have been used only for their intended purpose. This includes using the product on an appropriate base, frame, or foundation. Environmental damage, such as mold, due to the misuse of the product in this way voids return eligibility.
Mattresses that have not been opened within 20 days of delivery are considered misused and are ineligible for warranty claims and returns.
You must submit all required information and documentation requested by our Customer Care team to complete your return within 30 days of your return and refund request. If you do not, the refund request must be re-submitted.
Products shipped outside of the contiguous United States are not eligible for return.
All mattresses purchased prior to December 12th at 10:00 AM CST are not eligible for returns or comfort exchanges. All purchases made prior to December 12th at 10:00 AM CST will be governed by the rules and regulations that were in play at the time you purchased.
Limit one return or refund per customer, only available on mattress purchased for $1499 or more. All Tempur-Pedic returns will be $300 less than the purchased price on the invoice. All Sealy returns will be $200 less than the purchased price on the invoice.
Note: Malouf, Weekender, Special Orders, Floor Samples, Adjustable Bases, platform bases and any other accessories are exempt from trial periods, cancellations, or refunds.

180 Night Low Price Promise POLICY
We guarantee the best brands at the best prices. Subject to the following terms, we will match any advertised price. If you find the same or a comparable mattress advertised for less than your invoiced price within 180 days of purchase, bring the advertisement to a Mattress Clinic store, and we will credit your account or give you a refund check for the price difference. Our 180 Night Low Price Promise does not apply to clearance items, floor models, vendor rollbacks/rebates, special purchases, promotional items, doorbusters or discontinued merchandise. Merchandise offered for sale on auction sites (i.e., eBay, Craigslist, Facebook, etc.) or by closeout/overstock dealers (i.e., Overstock.com, The Dump, Wayfair.com, Amazon.com) is excluded from the 180 Night Low Price Guarantee.
