And if you do need to make a change, we’re not guessing — we use your real feedback from the first mattress to guide you into an even better match.

This program is designed to give you confidence when you buy. You’re getting real guidance up front, and a safety net after, so you can feel secure in your decision either way.

Why This Helps You Buy With Confidence

Your body and a new mattress both need time to adjust. A mattress that feels “different” at first often becomes the perfect fit once your body settles in and pressure points change. The 365 Night Mattress Exchange is built around that reality. It encourages you to give your mattress a real chance, while still protecting you if you truly need a comfort change later.

And if you do exchange, that second selection is usually even more dialed-in — because we’re making the decision based on what you experienced over real nights of sleep, not just a few minutes in the showroom.

What the Exchange Gives You

The 365 Night Mattress Exchange allows you to reselect a different comfort option within one year of purchase. You’ll stay in the same mattress size, and you’ll have the freedom to choose a comfort level that fits you better. If your new choice is a higher value, you pay the difference. If it’s lower, the exchange still gives you the ability to reselect based on comfort.

How to Start an Exchange Request

If you ever need to begin an exchange request, email us at contact@mattressclinic.com with a picture of the law tag and a description of what you’re experiencing. From there, our team will guide you through the next steps and help you make the best possible reselect.
