The idea for The Mattress Clinic came from seeing how confusing mattress shopping had become. People were overwhelmed by options, uncertain about what they were trying, and often left guessing about what might help them sleep more comfortably. We set out to create a place where customers could slow down, compare thoughtfully, and receive guidance centered on understanding—not sales tactics.
How We Support Customers
From day one, our focus has been education. We explain how different constructions feel, what certain materials can contribute to comfort, and how support and pressure relief work together. Our team is here to guide, answer questions, and offer insight in a way that feels respectful and unrushed.
Optional Medically Informed Guidance
For customers who want deeper clarity, we offer optional, request-based support from APRN-CNP Quynh Boerner. While our store is not clinical, Quynh uses a medically informed approach to help customers better understand their comfort needs. She may gather information about symptoms, sleep challenges, or daily routines to help create a clearer path toward what may support better rest.
