Customer Use of Showroom Products
Customers use showroom products at their own discretion. Customers are responsible for exercising reasonable care when sitting, reclining, or testing mattresses, adjustable bases, and massage chairs. The Mattress Clinic is not responsible for injuries resulting from improper use, failure to follow posted instructions, or customer negligence. Customers are responsible for requesting assistance if they need help entering, exiting, or operating adjustable bases or massage chairs.
Delivery Access and Property Conditions
Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the delivery location, including clear pathways, adequate space, and safe conditions for delivery personnel. The Mattress Clinic is not responsible for delays, inability to complete service, or additional fees resulting from unsafe conditions, restricted access, pets, stairs, tight spaces, or other site limitations. Additional fees may apply for delivery to second-story locations. Higher fees may apply for third-story and above, or for deliveries requiring multiple flights of stairs. Customers must inform The Mattress Clinic in advance of any stairs, multiple levels, narrow access, or special conditions that may affect delivery or service.
Product Handling and Customer Responsibility
Once merchandise is delivered or picked up, the customer assumes responsibility for protecting the product from damage, misuse, or unsanitary conditions. Damage caused after delivery or pickup is not eligible for return, exchange, or warranty consideration.
Customer Responsibility for Pickup
The Mattress Clinic is not responsible for loading, securing, or tying down merchandise in personal vehicles. Customers are responsible for ensuring the vehicle is appropriate for transport and that the load is properly secured using their own straps, rope, or other securing materials. The Mattress Clinic does not provide tie-down materials. If damage occurs to the product, vehicle, or any person or property during loading or transport, the customer assumes full responsibility.
General Terms
Situations not covered by written policies will be handled at the owner’s discretion. The Mattress Clinic reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. All returns, exchanges, and warranty claims are governed by The Mattress Clinic’s written policies, including the Return Policy (Full) and Exchange Policies (Full).
Policy Version and Prior Purchases
The terms listed on this page are effective January 5, 2026 and apply to transactions completed on or after this date. Purchases made prior to this date remain subject to the policies in effect at the time of sale.
