This page outlines the full terms, conditions, and exclusions for The Mattress Clinic’s 180 Day Price Match Policy.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a price adjustment, the product must be identical, meaning the same brand, model, and size. The lower price must be publicly advertised, currently available, and verifiable at the time of review. All requests must be made within 180 days of the original purchase date. Verification and approval must be completed in-store prior to any adjustment being issued.

Qualifying Retailers

Price adjustments are limited to authorized retailers offering new, first-quality merchandise that is available to the general public. The competing price must be for the same exact product, in the same condition, and available for immediate purchase under standard public pricing.

Excluded Retailer Types

Price matches are not available for auction, resale, or peer-to-peer marketplaces, including but not limited to eBay, Craigslist, and Facebook Marketplace. Price matches are also not available for closeout, liquidation, or bulk retailers, including but not limited to Costco, Sam’s Club, Overstock, The Dump, Wayfair, and Amazon. Membership-only programs, private pricing, employee discounts, insider pricing, and friends-and-family pricing do not qualify.

Excluded Products and Pricing

The 180 Day Price Match Policy does not apply to clearance merchandise, floor models, open-box items, refurbished items, damaged items, discontinued products, or end-of-life merchandise. It does not apply to pricing errors, misprints, limited-quantity promotions, flash sales, or doorbuster pricing. It also does not apply to offers that include free gifts, rebates, gift cards, bundled offers, add-on incentives, financing incentives, deferred payment offers, or differences in service or delivery terms.

Price Adjustment Method

If a valid competing price is verified and approved, The Mattress Clinic will apply the appropriate price adjustment based on the original transaction. Any adjustment may be issued using the original payment method, store credit, or another adjustment method at The Mattress Clinic’s discretion.

Additional Notes

All price match requests are subject to verification and approval, and The Mattress Clinic reserves the right to deny any request that does not meet the requirements outlined in this policy. Policies may change without notice, and final determination rests with The Mattress Clinic.
