Our signature selection brings together Diamond's 3D Core, Pro, and Elite Technogel mattresses, alongside the Cloudtech Stratus Euro Top. The decision isn't simply which model sits highest in the lineup. It's which combination of surface feel, gel application, support core, and comfort materials you prefer.
What is Technogel?
Technogel is a dense molded gel used as a distinct comfort component within a mattress. It is different from gel particles blended into foam. Diamond uses the material's multidirectional conformability, thermal capacity, and molded tower structure to create its Technogel comfort systems.
The finished mattress still includes other comfort and support layers. The gel does not make every model feel the same, and it does not replace the need to choose an appropriate comfort level.
Core, Pro, or Elite?
Core Hybrid uses targeted Technogel placement and offers Firm, Medium, and Plush. Pro expands to full-body Technogel, with Hybrid models in Firm or Plush and All Foam models in Firm or Medium. Elite is our flagship level, with Hybrid and All Foam choices in Firm or Plush.
Pro All Foam changes materials with the comfort choice: Medium uses Energex foam, while Firm uses latex. Elite All Foam Firm uses Talalay latex and memory foam; Plush uses lavender foam and memory foam. Choose the complete construction, not just the tier name.
Hybrid versus All Foam
Technogel hybrids use a pocket-coil support core. All Foam models use a foam support foundation without coils. Both can contain several comfort materials above that foundation, so All Foam does not mean that the mattress is made only of memory foam.
Compare the underlying spring response of a hybrid with the response of a coil-free core. Our Hybrid Mattresses guide explains the broader construction category; the model links below show the specific Technogel choices.
Cooling is more than an initial cool touch
A cool-touch cover describes the first surface sensation. Technogel adds a different mechanism: its dense gel can absorb and store heat, and the tower layout leaves channels for airflow. The cover, comfort layers, bedding, and room conditions all contribute to the experience.
For a broader look at these approaches, our Cooling Mattresses guide explains the difference between cooling materials, airflow, and mattress construction.
Where does Stratus fit?
Cloudtech Stratus Euro Top is the quilted option included in our current selection, not a model named Core Quilted. It pairs a phase-change Cooltouch cover and Graphene Energy Foam with pocketed coils.
Stratus Firm uses an Ultra Firm Support Layer; Medium uses Copper Memory Foam. Compare it for its Euro Top surface and comfort choices rather than assuming it has the same gel layout as Core, Pro, or Elite.
Technogel versus memory foam or other gel systems
Technogel's molded gel, gel-infused memory foam, and flexible grid designs are not interchangeable materials. Compare the signature material, how it responds, where it sits within the mattress, and the foundation underneath.
Memory foam may also appear below Technogel in the same mattress. That makes the useful question less about choosing a label and more about how the whole bed feels. Our Memory Foam Mattresses guide explains that material in greater detail.
Build the setup around how you sleep. When an adjustable base is part of the plan, confirm compatibility for the exact mattress and try the combination in the positions you expect to use. Explore our
