All Sales Final

All completed sales are final. Payments on delivered or picked-up merchandise are non-refundable. 

Order Cancellation Before Delivery

If you wish to cancel before receiving merchandise, a 15% restocking fee applies. If the product has not yet been ordered from the manufacturer, we may reduce or waive the fee at our discretion. Once a manufacturer processes an order, it cannot be canceled, and The Mattress Clinic is forced to receive and pay for the order.
