Our Story

The Mattress Clinic began with a simple belief: shopping for a mattress should be clear, comfortable, and genuinely helpful. What started as a small local store in Moore grew from the frustration we saw in the mattress industry—confusing information, inconsistent experiences, and customers left guessing about what would actually help them sleep better.

We opened our doors with a different purpose. Instead of pushing promotions or rushing decisions, we set out to create a space where people could slow down, learn, compare, and feel confident in their choice. A showroom built for understanding—not pressure. A team focused on guidance—not sales tactics. And a process centered around long-term comfort—not temporary deals.

From the beginning, our commitment has been to help people make informed decisions. That means showing how different constructions feel, what materials actually do, and how support and comfort work together. We want every customer to understand what they’re trying—not just what they’re told.

As we grew, we continued adding ways to support customers who wanted deeper insight. One of the most unique parts of our story is the optional guidance offered by Quynh Boerner, APRN-CNP. When requested, Quynh uses a medically informed approach to help customers who are dealing with pain, health-related sleep challenges, or complex comfort needs. She may gather information about symptoms, medical history, or comfort struggles and help create a plan for selecting the right mattress, bedding, or adjustable base. This service is never required, never sales-driven, and never includes diagnosing or medical claims—it simply offers customers a level of clarity they can’t find anywhere else.

Today, The Mattress Clinic continues to grow with the same mission we started with, to be a place where people feel supported, informed, and understood. A place where the shopping experience feels honest and human. And a place where better sleep comes from knowledge, comfort, and care—not pressure.
